Wascomat spare parts are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

Wascomat does not accept returns without a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA).
To obtain an RMA number call the Wascomat Parts department at (516)-371-2000.
No returns on electrical parts.
A 15% or $10.00 minimum restocking charge applies to all returns.

All parts orders are shipped via UPS, unless the order is too big, in which case it will be shipped by truck.
When placing your order, you can choose from a variety of UPS delivery services.
Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, and are not available at the time an order is placed. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will appear on your final invoice.
Shipping charges also vary based on the type of delivery service you choose. Wascomat will endeavor to make the most economical delivery arrangements for your parts, unless you provide specific instructions.
When using a credit card to purchase spare parts from Wascomat’s on-line store, you agree to allow Wascomat to charge your card for the total of ordered parts plus shipping charges and sales tax, if applicable.
There is a $25.00 minimum order requirement before shipping and taxes.
Notes on Shipping:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and the Caribbean are shipped UPS 2nd Day only.
APO, FPO and Canadian orders are shipped via UPS.
All other international orders are shipped via UPS International.

Sales Tax is charged on all retail orders shipped to destinations within New York State.

Wascomat maintains a complete inventory of spare parts, and makes every effort to ship your order on the day it is placed. Orders received before 3 PM Eastern time, holidays excluded, will usually ship the same day.
If an item on your order is out of stock, and has been back-ordered, it will be reflected on your faxed, mailed, or emailed invoice.
Orders received after 3 PM Eastern time on observed holidays or weekends will usually be shipped the next business day.
If you indicated "YES" in the “Ship Complete” box when placing your order, the order will not be shipped until all of the items can be included.
Wascomat expedites the delivery of out-of-stock items from its suppliers, and will fill your order as quickly as possible. An additional invoice will be issued, showing appropriate parts, shipping, and sales tax amounts when back-ordered items are shipped.

Wascomat accepts online orders from customers that have account terms or with the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover.
Your account or credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
If you provide us with a fax number when you place your order, an invoice will be faxed to you after 5PM Eastern time on the day your order is shipped. All other invoices are sent via US Mail.
Invoices will itemize charges for parts, shipping, and applicable sales tax, and will show any items that are presently out of stock as “Back Ordered”.
Your invoice will also provide the UPS tracking number for your shipment.
